FAQ

Can I rent any machine?
Yes. Every model can be rented. Mention the model you want to rent in your quote request and we will add a rental proposal.
What does renting a coffee machine cost per month?
That depends on the model, the term and the service level. You get a tailored proposal. The purchase price of every model is on the website, so you can compare renting and buying.
Renting or buying: which is smarter?
When you buy, you pay once and own the machine. When you rent, you pay per month: a lower investment up front, but higher total costs over the term. The biggest difference is usually not buying versus renting, but free bean choice versus a contract with tied beans.
Do I have to buy beans from you when renting?
No. When renting you still choose your own beans, from any supplier.
What if the rented machine breaks down?
Call us. We are available 7 days a week and send an engineer or a replacement machine the same day.
What you don't get
—No bean contract
—No minimum order
—No mandatory bean supplier
